Roer daarin de gist los in lauw water . doe er de rest van het water en de olie bij en meng tot een plakkerig deeg. Kneed tot het elastisch wordt (ong. 5 min ). Werk er de ontpitte en in stukjes gesneden olijven door. Laat , afgedekt met plasticfolie , rijzen tot het dubbele volume. Verdeel het deeg in twee en vorm twee langwerpige broden , op een ingevette en met bleom bestoven bakplaat. Laat ze rijzen tot het dubbele van het volume. Verwarm de oven voor op 220\u00b0C.
