{"id":333,"date":"2017-06-30T07:09:20","date_gmt":"2017-06-30T07:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.receptenwijzer.be\/?p=333"},"modified":"2021-12-15T11:46:55","modified_gmt":"2021-12-15T11:46:55","slug":"rijstpap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.receptenwijzer.be\/en\/2017\/06\/30\/rijstpap\/","title":{"rendered":"Rijstpap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>voor 4 personen :<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredienten :<\/b><\/p>\n<li>200 gr dessertrijst , gespoeld onder water<\/li>\n<li>1 liter melk <\/li>\n<li>150 gr kristalsuiker<\/li>\n<li>1 vanillestokje<\/li>\n<li>2.5 dl room<\/li>\n<li>snufje kaneelpoeder , wat saffraanpoeder (naar smaak)<\/li>\n<li> Bruine suiker of vers fruit<\/li>\n<p><b>Bereiding :<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Haal het merg uit het vanillestokje en doe dit in de melk , samen met de stok zelf . Laat de melk koken , voeg de rijst en suiker toe.  Roer de rijst los van de bodem en laat dit garen op een zacht vuurtje ( met deksel op de pot ) tot een pap gedurende een 25 a 30 min. Roer heel af en toe .  Voeg de kaneel en de saffraan eraan toe. Laat nog een half uurtje in de pot zwellen . Klop de room lichtjes op en voeg bij de pap. Doe in kommetjes en laat verder koelen in de ijskast.
