gezeefd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 gr amandelmeel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr arrowroot of ma\u00efzena, gezeefd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 gr bakpoeder, gezeefd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gr fijn zeezout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr zusto (of suiker)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr gepureerde rijpe bananen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 grote eieren, kamertemperatuur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tl amandel extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tl vanille extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr suikervrije appelmousseline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr cacaopoeder, gezeefd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr pure chocoladedruppels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cakevorm ca. 22 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bakspray<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bakpapier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bereiding:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 160\u00b0C, hetelucht.<br>Meng de bloem met amandelmeel, arrowroot, bakpoeder, zout en zusto.<br>Meng de bananenpuree met de 2 eieren, amandel-en vanille extract en de appelmousseline tot een egaal mengsel.<br>Meng de natte ingredi\u00ebnten bij de droge tot een homogeen geheel.<br>Dit hoeft niet te lang, net tot de bloem volledig is opgenomen.<br>Verdeel het deeg in 2 en voeg bij 1 deel de cacaopoeder en de chocoladedruppels.<br>Spray de vorm in, leg in de lengte een strook bakpapier die wat aan de randen overhangt.<br>Doe het bleke deeg in de vorm, verdeel gelijkmatig, en vervolgens het chocoladedeeg.<br>Gebruik een sat\u00e9prikker om swirls te maken in het deeg zodat ze vermengen met elkaar.<br>Zet in de oven en bak ca. 35 \u00e0 40 minuten.<br>Een sat\u00e9prikker moet er droog uitkomen, wanneer je erin prikt.<br>Laat 5 minuten rusten in de vorm , haal nadien uit de vorm en laat afkoelen op een rooster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tips:<br>Wil je toch een vetstof gebruiken, vervang dan 60 gr van de appelmousseline door 60 ml zonnebloemolie.<br>Zusto kan vervangen worden door een andere suikervervanger (hou dan rekening met de verhouding in zoetkracht), of 60 ml honing of 60 ml ahornsiroop.<br>Je kan de volkorenbloem vervangen door gewone bloem, havermeel of eveneens in amandelmeel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async=\"\"
