De eieren moeten volledig onder kunnen.<br>Doe er de paarse kleurstof bij.<br>Leg de gebarsten eieren in en laat ze een uurtje in het water.<br>Haal ze uit het water en pel de eieren.<br>Je hebt nu een gemarmerd effect op het eiwit.<br>Snij de eieren doormidden.<br>Haal het eigeel er voorzichtig uit en doe in een kom.<br>Doe mayonnaise, mosterd, paprika, peper en zout bij het eigeel en mix tot een creme.
